Small's father is wrong...

Parents and students should understand that the purpose of college is academics first and foremost. Athletics is secondary and playing time is not a right but something to be earned. Student-athletes such as Ray Smalls need to understand that they are so incredibly lucky to be getting a scholarship for an education that most people would be envious to have. Parents and students such as these need to look at themselves and get their priorities straight.
